Impossible? I’m-possible.

Hello my name is Matt and I am underestimated.

The truth is, I am powerful beyond imagination. I have the authority and the power to speak life into existence, to make mountains move, to make the lame walk, to pull dead folks out of the ground and to breathe life back into their dusty old bones. All Hell breaks loose when I walk into a room because the Kingdom is coming with me with a declaration of freedom. I am empowered by the Holy Spirit, and the blood of Christ runs through my veins.

But I am underestimated…

I underestimate myself. More often than not I choose to walk in fear instead of authority. I choose lies instead of truth. I live according to the words of those who spite me instead of the words of Him who created me. I came with an instruction manual with a function and a purpose yet I, like a man, set it aside.

Time to rise up.

Today I am going to try and overestimate myself… I am going to try and do the possible because with my Creator, there is no impossible.

Are you underestimated?

  1. thank you SO much for this blog today. I’m in a place in my life where I REALLY need to not just remember this, but to learn to live in it. That’s not gonna be easy, in the face of the realities that surround me.

Hope you’re doing well. My wife, Lynn, & I are so envious of you. We’d love to be there with you! Lynn lived in Kenya for 9 yrs during the 1970′s, & she took me there soon after we got married. We both love Kenya & her people.

Enjoy each day. You are living in one of the most beautiful places in the world!

Part of us is with your there on the edge of the Rift Valley ;-)

    • Thank you Dan for following my blog. It’s very encouraging. Are you and Lynn going to come back and visit? You have a place to stay! You are most welcome, or should I say Karibu Sana.

Sweet blog post. I love how powerful God can speak, and how true and to the heart his words can be. I love the little addition of being a man and putting the manual to the side. Keep livin’ it!!
